I met this fabulous family years ago when they were teeny tiny, it was awesome to see them again so grown up!  They LOVE the outdoors!  They are avid hikers, mountain bikers and skiers.  They play competitive soccer and always have a good time together!  They spent part of the summer traveling the US in a RV promoting their amazing business, Cook Simple  How fun does that sound?  It's on my bucket list 🙂   If you haven't tried their quick yummy meal kits get to it - they're delish!  We had such a great time!!
