I have to admit I cried on the way over to the brides house on the morning of the wedding?  Why on earth would I do that?  I have known her for years, since she was a little girl, I have watched her grow into a gorgeous woman and it hit me hard. I got myself together but wow does time fly.  Just like when Dad and daughter had their special moment and first look and he started crying, I was crying too behind the lens feeling so honored I was able to capture such a tender moment.  (Sorry that one is just for them.)  I was so thrilled when Kelsie asked me to be a part of their big day.  I loved getting to know Jake and shooting their engagement pics, through that session I got to really see how they were together and their love for each other.  They are so sweet, they love to have a good time and completely adore one another.  They are good to go!!  They were so adorable when they did their first looks, then went into the temple to be married.  We took family pictures after the ceremony and then they were whisked away to a luncheon.  I stole them for couple only pictures so that they could have some time alone and we could capture their lovey dovey selves in different places that were important to them.  They love being outdoors and in the rims.  Cassie at Better to Gather was amazing and set up her beautiful flower paper arch in a field for us so we could get some unique romantic Montana field photos.  The reception was held at a church and was decorated to the nines, paper lanterns, string lights, fabric ceilings and seating vignettes all done in her wedding colors completely transformed the area.  The dessert table was scrumptious and their guest tree was unique and so cool.  It was absolutely perfect! Kelsie and Jake were surrounded by friends, family, love and beauty the entire day can’t think think of a better way to start their life together. Congrats to two wonderful people! xoxo

Matt nailed his senior session!  His older sister, Laura, was one of my JGP senior models a couple of years ago so I was thrilled when he was on the schedule.  I loved getting to know Matt, he is a funny guy. He has such a great personality and the best hair ever!!!

This girl is hillarious!  I loved spending the evening with her!  We went and got ice cream at the delicious Big Dipper and ran all over Billings getting fun shots.  She loves her peeps in cross country but running is not her forte so we did funny shots of her in her uniform, it was classic.  Bailey has so much energy and a gorgeous contagious smile. She was up for anything and ready to go.  I can’t wait to see what her future holds.  xoxo

I loved working with and getting to know this guy!  He was so fun to photograph.  He knew what he wanted and took me to the cool Rams wall at their practice field that was different and awesome to shoot on.  He has a sarcastic sense of humor so we got along right away.  Little did I know that he was dating one of my JGP senior models so of course I loved him even more after he told me that and I knew instantly how to get him to smile ;).  Brett is a great guy.  Thanks for spending the afternoon with me!

I’m so in love with this family!!! I shot their engagements and jaw dropping wedding and instantly fell in love – they are the ones gracing the Billings Depot billboard all around town.  This post is so perfect considering today is their anniversary!! Happy Anniversary you two!!  They lived in Texas when their first little guy was born but I have taken family pics since and stayed in touch.  I was so excited when they told me the baby they had been praying for would be coming in February!  I was one of their first calls  – Annie was so thrilled, we wanted to get an announcement session on the books right away.  They told everyone a couple of weeks ago so I’m safe to share their happy news and more of their fabulous images.  They are so sweet and so loving.  This baby is so lucky to be coming to their home!!  I can’t wait to take this journey with them and watch their family grow.  Maternity and newborn pics are going to be amazing!!  Congrats to such wonderful people on your exciting news!! No doubt Delilah is stunning!  Love those baby blues, cheek bones and legs that go on for miles. But the best thing is she is so humble,  she really has no idea how unbelievably gorgeous she is.  We had a great time waiting out little bouts of rain and taking advantage of the perfect light to get killer shots.  She nailed it! xoxo

This fabulous volleyball player kills it for Central High on the court and she has the most amazing eyes!  Alix was so fun to work with.  I loved getting to know her!  She was so easy going and fun.  She was up for anything and anywhere and so go with the flow.  Her fabulous smile lights up the room.  We had a great time together!  She is awesome!!! xoxo

I’m so honored to be named in this group of 20 Exceptional Women in our Community by the Billings Gazette.  The special insert of the Billings Business section came out on newsstands today.  There are such extraordinary women to learn about,  I am truly humbled.  Thank you for your relationships,  for helping me grow as a small business but more importantly as a mother, friend and human being.
