I had photographed this gorgeous bride and her son before, so when she called me with the good news that she was engaged and planning their wedding I was over the moon.  We had such a good time during their engagement  session I had no doubt their winter wedding would be beautiful.  The weather was completely mild the week before without any snow on the ground then as if on command, it started snowing right before the ceremony giving this beautiful couple the perfect snow white landscape she had dreamt of.  It was chilly but couldn’t have been more perfect for them.   I love hearing this couple’s love story and watching their families blend together, they have the sweetest kids ever and are a match made in heaven.  They adore each other and compliment one another’s personalities to a tee.  Congrats to a wonderful couple and their family!!! xoxo

Happy Valentine’s Day – hope it’s full of lots of love!! I was so excited when Mom called about Ayva’s one year old pics, I fell in love during her newborn session and couldn’t wait to see how she had grown and what her little personality was like.  She’s a hoot, full of energy and endless smiles, what a doll!!  I loved  Mom’s Valentines ideas and adorable looks, she was on point.  Ayva loved exploring the studio and getting into her birthday cupcake, she is so cute, I wanted take her home.  Happy Birthday Ayva!!!

I feel like I have known this fabulous family forever!  They are kind, good hearted, thoughtful, funny as all get out and have just the right amount of spunk.  I kind of adore them!  My girls went to preschool with these cute girlies and now they are all growing up way too fast.   It’s been a pretty awesome year, as baby Rhett came and added even more love to this fun home.  The other kiddos think he is the cat’s meow and will do anything to make him happy, watching them with him is the sweetest thing ever.  I can’t believe he is already one year old!  What a great group of humans, I’m lucky to call friends.

I love this adorable family, I couldn’t get over how cute their little girl was, she had the most gorgeous eyes ever!   We decided to throw her in a few shots in the beginning and then had some fun with just the two love birds for their engagement session.  I was so honored that they traveled to work with me, they are so sweet!  They were total troopers – it was frigid cold and they were game to roll with it, it was fabulous!   I can’t wait to photograph their gorgeous wedding up in Big Sky this summer, it is going to be breath taking!!

It’s true – I got teary when Mom came in today to go over Sophia’s one year old pics, I get so attached to these little humans over the year I get to photograph them.  Can you blame me?  I get to watch them grow from tiny newborns to bubbly one year olds right before my very eyes.  I am the luckiest ever.  I love all of their individual personalities.  I couldn’t get over how she held her little foot on the cake plate while she dug in, is there anything cuter?  I’m in LOVE.  Did you recognize this little munchkin?  Her six month pic is on the cover of  the new Simply Baby Magazine that just hit newsstands.

I fell instantly in love with this couple when I met with the bride for her prewedding meeting and she gushed about her hubby to be.  I spoke with him on the phone and he was the kindest man ever.  I knew this was going to be a fabulous wedding.  They are so wonderful and caring, completely adore each other and are head over heels, it was the sweetest day.  Sara and Larry are romantics at heart and couldn’t stop lovingly looking into each others eyes, they were so excited, to finally be married.  Larry played golf in college and has loved it his whole life so even though we had a winter wonderland we couldn’t resist pulling out a golf cart for a few fun pics.  They were surrounded by wonderful friends, family and her sorority sisters.  It was a tremendous group of people that came to celebrate with them, and they loved to dance.  I think the dance floor was packed the entire reception.  Good times!!  Congrats you two and thank you for letting me be a part of your amazing day.  It was beautiful!!! xoxo

I photographed this handsome guy’s family a few years ago and know his talented mom pretty well, but I hadn’t seen him forever so it was kind of crazy to see him pull up to the session all grown up and with his wife to be -it is so fun to see him engaged to such an amazing young lady!  They were wonderful together, they are so enamored with each other and completely devoted.  I loved learning about them as a couple and hearing their love story.  They are the sweetest and will most definitely have a life full of love ahead!!! Congrats you two!!!  xoxo

I loved working with this family!  It is so fun to play with little guys when I’m shooting a family, but I will admit it makes it easy peasy for me when everyone does exactly what I ask on cue, kind of crazy.  This family hadn’t had a family photo forever and wanted to take advantage of everyone being home and together for the holiday break.  It’s obvious how close they are and how much they enjoy each other.  It was great working with them!  They were total troopers in the chilly temps and still looked fabulous!

I had a blast with this fabulous couple and their 2 pups.  The frigid temps barely fazed them, when they were all cuddley and lovey together.  They have such fun personalities and love to laugh and joke, but can no doubt turn it on for a hot pic.  They own a Crossfit and love working out so we for sure had to get some fun workout pics in, and I love them bundled in an heirloom quilt made by his grandma!  It was so great to get to know them, they are so sweet and amazing together.  I can’t wait for more fun shoots in the future! xoxo
