Thank you, Thank you to all of those that so generously donated and/or joined us at  Ty’s Hemophilia walk in Bozeman this weekend it was a smashing success!  We exceeded our goal which is HUGE for our little chapter, with this funds we will be able to continue family camp, education days and to fulfill patient assistance needs for those kiddos in Montana and Wyoming.  Every dollar will be put to such great use and makes such a big difference in a small organization. Our family felt such tremendous love and support leading up to and on the walk day, Ty was beaming!  Ty was really excited when Ty’s Crew received the Top Team award for raising the most money.  We had a wonderful time that day with super heroes painting faces and doing balloon animals, rubber duck races down the creek and a walk on a beautiful trail in Bozeman, it was a wonderful experience and we can not thank you enough!!!  I think it made his infusion a little easier this morning, he said it didn’t even hurt 🙂

I loved meeeting and working with Zach since I shot his brother a couple of years earlier, it’s always fun to work with siblings since I already know the parents but the seniors are obviously individuals.  Zach was great, he had great wardrobe and rocked his shoot.  I can’t wait to see him on the court this year!

I have known this family forever.  I have had the pleasure of taking Eryn and Jordan’s senior pics within the last few years and now they are both in college!  Crazy how fast time flies.  We thought it would be fun to take a family pic right before Eryn officially left the nest.  They are such a wonderful, loving family, it has been so fabulous getting to know them!  Congrats on raising two great people!!!  xoxo

It’s true – I’m kind of wrapped around this guy’s little finger – but I can’t help myself, I don’t know if part of it is because he has medical stuff so that makes me extra mushy or if it would be like that anyway since he is the baby of the family.  Our family is so excited for the Hemophilia Walk in Bozeman this weekend we have been counting down, it is wonderful to have something positive to look forward to in regards to Hemophilia so we are all about pumping this up, anytime anyone makes a donation or says a kind word we are sure to let Ty know that this or that person is helping him with the walk and you should see the biggest smile that comes across his little face, he can sense the love and support that he is receiving and it means the world to our family.  We have been overwhelmed by the generousity of our friends, the donations whether large or small have been so much appreciated and felt.  When we deal with this every day or at least three days a week when he is getting IV infusions it can feel a little lonely, it isn’t something you want to broadcast or complain about when Ty has a bleed or there are tough times so when you can feel the support of  your community through a walk, and you can talk about it and educate in a postivie way, (which must sound ridiculous I know) it really means a lot to Chris and I.  This organization the Rocky Mountain Hemophilia and Bleeding Disorders Association has had an amazing impact on our families life and has helped us and Ty especially learn how to live with all aspects of this disease.  If you haven’t had a chance to donate yet please take a second to do so by clicking on the link.  Thank you again for all of your support!!  http://my.e2rm.com/TeamPage.aspx?teamID=413518&langPref=en-CA&Referrer=direct%2fnone  Read more here 

Taylor is such a fun girl!  She has such great energy!  We had a wonderful afternoon together and no need to mention that the camera obviously LOVES her!!!  Taylor has such a contagious smile, I am lucky I got to know her.  Have a fabulous senior year Taylor!!!

I had so much fun with Jesse and Jen on their engagement shoot! It was nice to see that Griz and Cat alums can get along and that a house divided can come together and be lovey dovey :).  We had to work in the passion for everything outdoors and show his love of hunting while she looked like her fab self (no animals were harmed in the making of this photo).  They have such a great chemistry together, thanks guys for braving the heat and spending the afternoon with me,  I can’t wait for your big day!

How do I get to work with the nicest girls ever?  I am so lucky!  Devan was so sweet!  I love this jumping pic – it is one of my favorites, I think this was the first take,  she is a jumping pro, usually you have to take quite a few to get it just right, she was spot on, cute as ever!  What a great way to spend the morning, thanks for playing with me Devan!

Derek was great to work with –  a go with the flow, easy going kind of guy.  We had a fab morning, thanks Derek!

I had the pleasure of meeting Kelly and the girls on an ice cream date with a mutual friend prior to our session so I knew we would have a blast when the session time rolled around.  She was nervous about exactly what to do, we talked about letting everyone just have fun, and letting the kids vibrant personalities shine through in one setting and then getting the “pretty” shots that she had dreamed of after everyone was relaxed.  It was perfect.  We had a great time, I died when I saw Bobby’s cat taco shirt, it was hilarious, and I loved their shades and hats.  This family has so much great energy, it was a wonderful evening!  Thanks for letting me get to know your fabulous family!
