Hannah is an adorable three year old. We had a fun family photo shoot at the park. Thanks guys for being so friendly so early in the morning.

Ok here you go, within two minutes of posting I had a request to see her gorgeous eyes in color, so here you go they are stunning.

Gratitude

Monday, July 28, 2008

I just posted last night, so it’s not like me to do one less than 24 hours later, but this afternoon while I was putting a senior album together I had an overwhelming sense of gratitude. I saw my friend Ronnie for a split second this morning and realized that I hadn’t talked to him forever, a couple of years ago I emailed him constantly with questions and he graciously guided me through my editing software as well as other photography questions, I had just switched from film to digital and was completely overwhelmed. I was just starting my business and he gave me the confidence to continue, I am so thankful for his patience with me and all of his help and support, I would definitely not be doing as well as I am today without him. He has been a fabulous mentor. He continues to help whenever I have a random question, he is so generous with his knowledge. A public thank you is long overdue. He is an amazing artist/photographer and I am lucky to have met him and call him my friend. Thank you Ronnie!!!!

This picture was taken this weekend in Big Sky, my hubby and I went on a trip without kids for a couple of days, it was fabulous!

Alyssa…the final hoorah!

Sunday, July 27, 2008

We worked together for our final shoots this week, and I have to admit, I was a bit sad. We have done four sessions to get all of the looks she wanted, the finale was the horse and studio shoot, we had a blast even though we were eaten alive by mosquitos at the stables. I had to include a couple photographs of her playing her violin, she is so talented! Alyssa you are a wonderful young woman!!!

I had the pleasure of photographing the Taylor family, much to my daughter’s delight. This darling girl is named Hailey and attended preschool with my daughter Taylor. Taylor thought Hailey was so cool because she had both of the Graham girls names in one. She hadn’t seen her friend since school ended and was very excited when she saw me editing her photos.

The Koch Kids

Thursday, July 17, 2008

Ella just turned three so we focused on her and then photographed her brother (my little mag cover boy), and their cousins that were visiting from out of town. I have photographed this family quite a few times now, I love seeing them grow up, they are so fun.

The Nemers

This cute family won the photo shoot at a silent auction which benefited a woman in the community that has breast cancer. The auction was held late in the winter so they waited forever for the perfect green grass pics. I think it was worth the wait.

I love this funky pic, it looks like it was taken out of someone’s photo album from the 80’s. If the kids are getting restless during the attempt for the family pic, I count to three and have them chase me around and then tackle their parents, I love the resulting images of the family really laughing and having fun.

Back in the Saddle…

Tuesday, July 8, 2008

After weeks without an entry, here you go I’m back at it. It has been a bit crazy, a vacation, stomach flu, company, camping and photo shoots in between. We pack a lot in a few weeks, but now I’m back, ready to catch up on all of my editing so be ready for a slew of entries in the next few days.

These darling children are the grandkids of my favorite preschool director ever, I adore Jan so it was so fun to shoot her daughter’s family while they were in town.

A Day at the Farm

Sunday, June 22, 2008

My friend Kim and I went to spend the morning at her grandma’s farm last week, she wanted to get a picture of her and her kiddos for her husband for Father’s day. (Mission Accomplished) I couldn’t resist snapping some of my own little wonders, I love how the pictures capture their personality. I finally have a few- I am so bad at taking the time to take more than snapshots of my own, so of course I had to share. I love Ty discovering his belly button and being so pleased with himself.

I love weddings, thanks guys for letting me be a part of your special day. It is so great to see the bride have her fantasy day come true, she dreamed of a horse and carriage and there she goes. I had to include the ring bearer, isn’t he the cutest?
