I get to see this crew during High School Volleyball season and they always make my day! I love the kiddos and Kelly is one of the nicest, most thoughtful get it done people ever! I got sick at a tournament this fall, like nasty couldn’t leave my room sick and she brought me gatorade and soup which felt like it saved my life that night. They are a great fam!!!

When Hanna called and told me about her engagement and wedding I was so excited – these high school sweethearts were going to tie the knot, I knew it would be beyond beautiful! I took Hanna’s senior pics and was so honored she chose me to photograph her wedding! One of the huge perks is that I photographed most of girls in her wedding party too so I had no doubt it would be the most gorgeous, fabulous day! They are such a fun group I felt like I just got to hang with old friends, I was in heaven. She looked beyond stunning and the two of them together…the way he looked at her when he saw her walk down the isle? I mean come on – I started bawling. The ceremony was perfection. They had amazing friends and family surrounding them with love. The reception – while it was one of the best dance parties ever. Hanna grew up dancing and so did most of her friends so everyone let loose, the little kids to the grandmas were shaking it and did you see pics of David jumping? His moves were crazy good. One of the best nights! Congrats you two, watching the two of you enjoy your day to the fullest was the absolute best! Love you guys!!!

So fun when Cassie called and wanted to surprise her hubby with a baby announcement. I always feel pretty honored when I get to find out first. She had been dreaming of this idea forever, she wanted to have him think it was a normal shoot and they were helping me out with an idea I had so they had to write on a chalkboard something they loved about the other person then show it to eachother when I said. He wasn’t expecting to see the surprise when he turned around announcing that we was going to be a Dad! It was the sweetest response. They are the cutest, he couldn’t believe it and was so excited. I am so happy for them!!! They are going to be amazing parents! Congrats guys!!!

I know it sounds like I’m on repeat when I talk about these guys but…. when you have photographed their big life moments since the beginning you kind of melt. I love them to the moon and back. Watching their family grow and seeing Graham be a big brother might be the cutest thing ever. Being so comfortable that you just start shooting, no one is nervous at all, it’s just like a visit with old friends is one of my favorite things. I get so close to my people and feel honored that they let me be a part of their lives! Congrats on your little wonder, he is perfection!!!
