Loving all of these newborns!  This little guy wished you a Merry Christmas in this post but I couldn’t go without letting you see a bit more from his session.  He was the sweetest little guy and so lucky to have such a fabulous family.  Mom is uber nice and Dad is hysterical, he kept me on my toes and you’ve gotta love the sibling pics.  Thanks for a great morning!

It’s obvious to see after this shoot why I would love photographing seniors and letting them do their thing, and show what they are passionate about.  Jordan is a stellar bike rider, he is even sponsored, check out his tricks, I learned a lot of new bike vocab that day, you have to be a serious athlete to pull these jumps.  See that hill behind him in the third pic down?  Yep they do races/hill climbs on that hill – crazy!!!  It was really impressive!  He looks pretty tough and serious once his gear is on, but he is the most humble, nicest guy around.  I had a blast working with him.  Thanks Jordan!

Happy New Years!!! On to this great fam – Love them too – its basically a love fest around here.  I have worked with them many times as well, in fact you may have seen them in the studio, one of their family sessions is the album studio sample.  If you haven’t seen us yet – come visit! 🙂  They are awesome – I love working with energetic kids, they always are fun and give me a million expressions to work with, they aren’t afraid to be themselves and have a good time.  Throw in butterfly wings a loved batman cape from Mexico, a hot mom and dad – love it!!

I don’t deny it, it’s true – this is one of my favorite families.  They are hilarious!  I am constantly laughing and on the verge of peeing my pants the entire shoot.  I love that they used the silly faces pic on the front of their Christmas card! I have photographed them over many years, they’ve become friends, I heart them!  Getting a little mushy – must be getting sentimental since it’s the last day of 2012!

You’ve gotta love Montana with our open land and big skies!  It is truly an amazing place that we are blessed to live in.  Where else can you go a little bit outside of town and run into gorgeous land, with a barn and horses in the background, throw a couple of cute kids in there and it’s magic!

I was so excited to meet and work with Michael and Paige, we had a great time during their session, they came up from WY just for their engagement shoot.  He loves the outdoors, she is a total fashionista and a horse girl – what a combo!!  They are GORGEOUS and so nice!  I can’t wait for their wedding this summer in Sheridan, it is going to be fabulous!!!

These twins were adorable – they just moved back from the NYC and wanted to take some family pics and show their Montana roots.  They were so cute, curious, active and full of life.  We had a blast exploring the river and woods, even getting caught in a little downpour, then running back to the car and shooting again as soon as the sky cleared.  The girls were all for it.  Thanks for a great afternoon!

LOVE this family!  You might remember this little babe from her mom’s bun in the oven shots and then with her newborn session debut, we decided to go full out Christmas for her 6 month session. It never fails to amaze me how much babies change in the first 6 months.  They go from posable cuddly newborns to little people with their own personalities.  Look how adorable they are!!!  Santa looks pretty sweet with his new helper.
