Outstanding Senior
Kaitie got these back last month, I’m so behind on posting, but I had to be sure to put her on the blog.
Kaitie is a fabulous girl, and I mean fabulous. She was the valedictorian for Senior High, a super volleyball player, cheerleader, in the choir and those are only the activities that I know of. She wanted to have her pictures in the spring so we did them a few weeks before graduation. Kaitie was so fun to photograph she wanted to climb the tree in her backyard, jump on the tramp and strike poses for me downtown. Thanks Kaitie for the fun afternoon!

the Walkers
i love this little family. i have shot them a few times and i look forward to the (play dates) we have together. Jenny wanted to capture them having fun in the backyard so of course i obliged. who could pass up blowing bubbles, bike riding and taking care of little seedlings? thanks for a fun morning!

the Oliveiras
this gorgeous group is so interesting, this is one of the reasons i love photographing people, it is great to get to know families, everyone has such a different story. the Oliveiras are from Brazil, they came to the states so Bruno could finish his medical training, he now is at billings clinic. Leonor is an attorney in Brazil and is not practicing at the moment so she can stay home and raise their beautiful children. and who you may ask is this lovely woman engaged in a peaceful moment cuddling the adorable babe? this is Leonor’s mother in law who took time from her dermatology practice to come all the way from Brazil and stay and help for 1.5 months! congrats on your new bundle of joy, he is precious!!!

Josh & Rachel
Josh and Rachel were the cutest couple. We had major storms coming and going the week of the wedding so we were worried about the conditions and prepared for the worst with huge umbrellas. I was a bit nervous when I awoke to a dark rainy sky that morning but it cleared just in time for their ceremony and pictures, the clouds broke and the sun shined down on this adorable couple. Congrats guys, may you always have sunshine follow you.

the fix boys
hi there, sorry for the delay in posting lately, this month has been a whirlwind. I went to a fabulous photography workshop in dallas at the beginning of the month and came back very inspired and ready for change. I thought it would be brilliant to change my website, well actually have a website vs. just a blog. I was gung ho, got things going, then the poop hit the fan, you may have noticed the chaos of the site the last couple of weeks, I apologize, I was dealing with the web company everyday and spending hours on trying to get all of the little bugs worked out, I think it is finally workable and looking good. During all of this I tried to switch my blog to the same company that manages my site and then had many complaints that it wasn’t as cheery as my original blog, so here you go, back to the original. Thanks to the valiant effort of my tech friend Sean, who has the patience of a saint, he was able to find my original site in the vast black hole that is the internet. I have smiled every single time I have gone to my blog the last couple of days, it feels like a cozy comfy worn in bathrobe (probably not a great comparison – but you know what I mean). What is the saying? “If it ain’t broke don’t fix it.” Well I have learned my lesson after much turmoil and many late, late, late nights.
As for these adorable six month old boys, these are the Fix twins that I am so fortunate to photograph on a regular basis, it is a joy to see them grow, they are starting to have their own personalities, precious!

Preschool Fun
I had a great time taking these fund raiser pictures for Hailey’s preschool. We were able to raise quite a bit of money selling them at the carnival if you were not able to get them there they will be available at the last day of school party. It was so fun to watch the parents react to cute pics of their kids.

the Garsons
Kimberly is a friend of mine from Northern Arizona University. I was with a girlfriend enjoying a girl’s weekend in Bozeman a couple of years ago when checking out of our hotel I saw Kimberly, she was the manager at the hotel, totally random that I would run into her after 10 years. We got to talking and ended up staying in touch, we would stay at her hotel whenever the urge to spend a weekend in Bozeman hit and I would catch up with her then. Well, I saw her a few weeks after she found out she was pregnant and then again near the end of her pregnancy so of course I had to ask her if she wanted pictures when this little guy made his debut. It was perfect since I was attending a photo course in Bozeman when he was just a few weeks old. I got to meet her adorable hubby and the star Lucas. Thanks Kimberly, it was so good to see you and Lucas is precious! Congrats!!

Steve Wells
Steve is a great kid so I was delighted when his mom asked me to do his senior portraits, we went to a few different locations to get the looks that he wanted. Thanks Steve and friend Ty for a fun afternoon, you guys are hilarious. (Sometimes the out takes are my favorites.)

He was bummed when we left and couldn’t find his dog Annie then she magically appeared by his house on the way to the rims so we were able to get this great shot of the two of them.
more cousins
It was a week full of cousins. Olivia and Owen looked adorable together and Libby was the most precious newborn ever. Libby fit into this basket perfectly and look at Owen’s little toes.
Grandma Bell arranged this shoot when her cute grandchildren were all together.
